Receiving a Refund
How long does a refund take?

Upon receipt, all refunds are processed and shipped within 48 hours. However, check refunds may take up to 3 weeks to process.

Removal from Mailing List
How long does it take to be removed from the mailing list?

Once your request for removal from our mailing list has been processed, you should only receive 1 to 2 more catalogs from us. Our promotional materials are coded for mailing months in advance of their release to our customers.

Return Policy
Returning Merchandise

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 60 days of the original ship date. EXCHANGES & REFUNDS EXCHANGE orders are shipped to you free of charge (excluding the cost of rush service).

On REFUNDS, we refund only the purchase price of the refunded item; we do not refund shipping and handling. Returns for refunds received after 60 days will require a $10 restock fee for each item. If you return any of of the items purchased as part of a discount or special offer, your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Referencing My Account
What information is needed when I am corresponding, in reference to my account/order?

Receiving the Wrong Order
What do I do if I received the wrong merchandise?

Please notify Customer Service and they will send your original order with free rush delivery along with a prepaid mailing label for you to return the incorrect merchandise.

Items Placed on Backorder
When will my back order be received?

New merchandise is sent to us every Friday. If we receive the item(s) you have reserved on backorder, your order will be shipped out to you the following Monday.

Do sale prices still apply to items on backorder?

Yes, once an order is placed on backorder, all original pricing will be honored.

Item Ordered is Unavailable
How could an item be unavailable when I just received the catalog?

We are sorry for any inconvenience! Due to our catalogs being preprinted and items having limited quantities, this situation may occur. We will do our best to assist you with another selection.

Canceling an Order
Can I cancel a pending order?

An order can only be canceled prior to shipping. If the order was paid by check or money order, a refund should arrive within 3 weeks. If a credit card was used to order, no charges will be processed.

Declined Credit Card
Why was my credit card declined?

A number of things can cause this to happen, such as an incorrect card number or an incorrect expiration date.

Can you resubmit a declined credit card?

If you wish to change, correct or resubmit your credit card information, please call Customer Service at 1-800-472-4017.

Natural Skin Part

Wig fibers are sewn to a flesh-toned base, giving the appearance of a completely natural looking part.

Open Ear Tabs

Allow you to wear glasses through the openings and over the fibers for a more comfortable and secure fit.

Permanent Lift

For the ultimate in body and fullness, look for wigs with permanent lift. The wig fiber in these wigs is back-combed for enduring volume.

Permanent Tease

Wigs with permanent teasing offer volume without added weight. The wig fibers are crimped at the base for instant volume.

Stretch Lace

Stretch lace ribbons from crown to nape allow the wig to conform to the shape of your head, giving you a secure, comfortable fit.

Velcro® Sizing adjustments

Allow you to adjust your wig’s circumference up to 1” larger or smaller for a more comfortable fit.

Velvet Comfort Band

A soft velvet cloth located inside the front rim of the wig provides softness next to your skin. Great for sensitive scalps.

Reverse Wefting

Gives you a more natural look by imitating the short hairs found around your ears and your natural hairline. The weft, a piece of fabric with a row of wig fibers attached to it, is sewn in the reverse direction for a natural appearance.

Thin Wefting

Fibers are sewn to a thinner fabric resulting in a lighter, more comfortable wig.
