We ship most orders Ground Delivery within
24 hours of receipt of your order. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for
delivery. The fee for shipping and handling applies to your complete order,
even if an item is back ordered and multiple shipments are required.

| Rush Delivery * |
For an additional $8.95
added to your standard shipping and handling charges, you can upgrade your regular shipping
to Rush Shipping. Our rush shipments will arrive in 3-4 business days from
the day your order was shipped.

| Overnight Delivery * |
For an additional $19.95
added to your standard shipping and handling charges, you can upgrade your shipping to
Overnight Delivery which is available Monday - Friday. Overnight orders
paid by credit card and placed prior to 10:30 AM will ship on that day (in-stock
merchandise only) and you should receive your order on the business day
after that.
* Overnight Deliveries are only for the continental
United States and cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.

All shipments outside of the United States
of America and Canada are sent via UPS. The cost is $45.00
for 1 item, $15.00 for each additional item. Orders shipped outside the continental U.S. may be subject to tariffs, duties and/or taxes upon delivery and are the sole responsibility of the customer. |

Shipping and handling rates to Canada are:

Tax Rates:
Residents of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, and Labrador, add
HST 15%. Residents of Ontario, add GST 6% plus PST 8% to total 14%. Residents
of all other provinces, add GST 7%.
Please note: Apparel items shipped to Canada can not be returned,
exchanged or refunded.

| Refunds & Exchanges |
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund. We must receive your returned merchandise in new condition (not worn or altered) with tags still attached. Items may be returned for EXCHANGE within 90 days. Exchange orders are shipped free of charge (excluding the cost of rush service). On RETURNS, we refund only the purchase price of the returned item; we do not refund shipping and handling. Returns for refunds after 30 days will be subject to a $19 restock fee for each item. No refunds or exchanges after 30 days on any apparel items. Refunds will be adjusted accordingly on any returned items that were purchased as part of a discount or special offer.
NOTE: All exchanges and refunds are processed within a minimum of 14 business days of receipt. Check refunds may take up to 21 days to process. Please allow up to 4 weeks total turnaround time.
